Party Policy
Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date and time. The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to the event. Parties are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Lead Time & Custom Parties
We require a minimum of two (2) weeks notice for all standard slime bar parties. Custom parties (special themes, colors, scents, charms, or larger groups) require additional lead time. Please contact us early to ensure availability.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable, as supplies and staffing are secured in advance. With at least 7 days’ notice, deposits may be transferred to a future date, subject to availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of all payments.
Guest Count & Party Length
Final guest count must be provided one week prior to the party and will be used to prepare materials. Additional guests or time may not be accommodated without prior approval and may incur additional fees.
Supervision & Behavior
An adult must remain on site for the duration of the party. Hosts are responsible for guest behavior and ensuring participants follow staff instructions.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Slime ingredients may include glue, fragrances, dyes, and decorative add-ins. While we do our best to accommodate sensitivities, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please notify us of any allergies prior to the event.
Mess & Clothing
Our slime has been specially formulated and tested NOT to stick when it is cared for properly. However, we cannot guarantee the slime to never stick. We are not responsible for stains or damage to clothing or personal items.
Liability
By booking, the host acknowledges that participation is voluntary and assumes all associated risks. Happy Hands Party Co. is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages that may occur during the event.
Damage
The host may be responsible for excessive damage to equipment or event space beyond normal wear and tear.
